The Offshore CX Confidence Index now has its own website. The 2023, 2024, and 2025 editions, which we produced with Ryan Strategic Advisory, have moved off Storydoc and onto cxconfidenceindex.com, a site we designed and built from the ground up.
Why we built it
Each edition used to live in its own Storydoc deck. That worked for launch day, but it kept the research in separate slideshows on someone else’s platform, behind a subscription that had to be renewed to keep the reports online. Pages scrolled slowly, and a reader who wanted to see how a market had changed had to open two or three decks and compare them by hand.
We wanted the Index to work like a reference people come back to. That meant one site, our own design, and every figure in a form that can be compared across years.
Every edition in one place
Each edition keeps its own colours, fonts, and feel, so 2023 still looks like 2023. What changed is everything around them. A sidebar lists every section of an edition with each market’s flag, along with links to the other years, and on phones it becomes a drawer at the bottom of the screen. Every market and every category has its own address, so you can send someone straight to Kenya’s infrastructure score or the 2024 rankings.
All the figures now come from one cleaned data set, so the scores line up from one edition to the next.
See how each market has changed
This is the biggest addition. Every market surveyed more than once now ends with an Annual Comparison, which shows its overall rating and each category across every edition as a row of bars. Each bar opens that year’s page at the same section, so you can move from India’s 2023 labor market score to its 2025 score in one click.
The headline figures at the top of each market page also show the change since the market’s previous edition, up or down, in points.
Built to be shared
Every market and category has its own share image, more than four hundred of them, so a link posted on LinkedIn shows the score it points to. The site is fast on phones, videos and animations only start when they scroll into view, and each page is set up for search engines from the start.
Explore the Index
You can start from the latest overview, open any market, or compare categories across all the markets in an edition. The 2025 edition is the best place to begin.
